Folk remedies for dry and very dry skin

This recipe is the folk mask for dry skin which contributes to the regulation of water balance of the skin, which also has a nourishing and cleansing effect: mix 1 egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil with a few drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of buckwheat honey. Then whisk everything until you get some foam and add 1 teaspoon small grinded flakes of oatmeal. Stir again and apply on the face, after 15 minutes rinse with warm water.

Hydrating and nourishing mask for dry skin: take 1 tablespoon of oat flour, add 1 teaspoon of lanolin, previously melted in a separate container, and 3-4 tablespoons of fresh berry juice of strawberries or cherries. After a lot of good stirring apply on the face for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

If you have very dry skin, try the following nourishing mask: Mix equal quantities of plum pulp (without skin), melon and any vegetable oil. Apply for 15-20 minutes, and rinse with warm water, followed by cold water.

Home recipe for moisturizing dry skin: carefully spread 1 egg yolk and add 1 tablespoon of juice pressed from any sweet fruits (bananas, melons, sweet apples, pears, grapes, etc.) or cucumber juice, half tbsp of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. If the mass turned out to be thicker, you can add white bread crumbs or barley flour. Place the mask on your face for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

The following recipe will help with very dry skin: 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 teaspoon of nourishing cream (you can use baby cream), and add half tablespoon of soft butter. Carefully mix all the ingredients and (if you have it) add several drops of vitamin e oil, the same goes for vitamin A and vitamin D oils, if you have them at your disposal – use them. Apply the mask on the face and after 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.

Anti-inflammatory mask for sensitive and dry skin: 1 egg yolk well spread with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Add 1 tablespoon of chamomile extract. Apply the mast on the face and after 10-15 minutes wash with water at room temperature.

Very dry skin needs regular nutrition. Try this wonderful homemade recipe: Boil milk with porridge. In 1 tablespoon of still warm cereal, add the same amount of olive oil or melted butter. Generously apply a ton on the face and neck, and after 15 minutes, and rinse with warm water after cool.

Pour 4 tablespoons of hot milk into 1 tablespoon of oatmeal flakes, cover and allow to sit for 10 minutes before the flakes start swelling. Then apply to face and after 10-15 minutes, rinse with warm water. This popular recipe is great for dry skin as it softens, purifies it, and also eliminates the peeling.
